Brookswood Students SPEAK UP!

Brookswood Secondary held a very successful SPEAK UP activity day on Tuesday, December 8 during the lunch hour. SPEAK UP stands for Suicide Prevention, Education Awareness Knowledge Understanding People. Students were invited to participate in a Myth or Fact station, write the name of the person who helps them when they need it and provide an example of a healthy solution to managing stress. The goal of the day was to raise the awareness of suicide prevention with the student body.
